About me

I have 20 years experience in RPO, working with an authentic and diverse client base. I’m passionate about driving a superior hiring experience, whilst achieving optimal performance standards for our clients. We achieve this through a strong partnership approach and collaboration with onsite and offsite teams. I am accountable for all contractual and operational elements that go along with our multi year solutions across a portfolio of RPO clients.

Key clients & projects

Sky - Leadership of delivery team executing around 4k hires per year. Enhanced service delivery and business partner model to achieve account evolution expectations, including strategic initiatives on diversity, sourcing, and business intelligence requirements, enabling an extension of our services into a second term. Navigated the team through significant disruption during the pandemic, ensuring high retention and enabling expedited growth, as the market recovered.

Macquarie - Resourcing Director EMEA Region on a Global account. Defined and executed the talent acquisition strategy for the region. Delivered results against strategic initiatives pertaining to diversity, internal mobility and Employee Value Proposition (EVP). Implemented a date driven approach within talent acquisition and sourcing to improve direct sourcing outcomes.

Deloitte - People leadership of UK wide team and enhancement of overall solution by integrating business intelligence services and delivering on continuous improvement projects during the transition to a 3rd extension of RPO services.

Citi - People Leadership of operational delivery team on a 1st generation RPO/Investment Banking solution, we managed 2000+ experienced hires per year, pre GFC during 2007/8. Enabled early adoption in offshoring sourcing and administration services to Poland. Once the global financial crisis hit the industry, the team was rightsized and restructured to ensure an efficient and commercially viable delivery model, via on and offsite resource and services.
