PwC - Led all Corporate Functions Hiring (IT, Finance, Legal) at a time when the recruitment function was moving to a central service and implementing a direct hiring strategy.
KPMG - Led a project to hire Senior Financial Services Consultants, including managing a “team lift” from a significant competitor.

Credit Suisse - Led the initial implementation then managed the Corporate Functions Recruiting team covering Finance, Operations, Risk and HRas Credit Suisse, moving from an agency hiring model to a direct sourcing strategy. Personally managed Exec Recruiting for HR.
